CHEST
Pick up the tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure straight, with the back horizontal and parallel to the floor.
WAIST
Measure around your natural waist circumference, which is the narrowest part of your waist. Measure approx. 6 cm below your belly button
HIPS
Around the widest point of the hips.
SLEEVE LENGTHS:
Measure from the back of the neck to the wrist. Place the tape at the top of the arm, over the elbow. For suit sleeve length, measure from the sleeve head to the cuff and elbow.
